KINETIC is gymnastics coaching software: a shared skill library, lesson plans by level, and progress tracking, so every coach in a gym works off the same page. It covers USA Gymnastics Development Program and Xcel levels plus tumbling, on the floor and from a phone.
KINETIC is built by Allie, its founder. The free guides and lesson plans on this site are written and reviewed by Allie with AI assistance, then checked by a coach before they go live.
